Sneak drinking or secret drinking is common practice with alcoholics who have a high tolerance for alcohol. Because they have to drink more to get the craved effect from alcohol, they might secretly drink before an event, social gathering, etc. Because alcohol is such a large part of our society, it’s not always easy to recognize the signs that drinking has become a serious problem for a loved one. Sneak drinking can become problematic very quickly!
