Have you ever left a conversation or argument and think "What just happened? Am I the crazy one? Did I say that"? People who try to control others through manipulation will often accuse you of behaviors that they are engaged in themselves. This is a classic manipulation tactic used to deflect the addict's behavior by way of accusation and distraction.
