How to Stop Using Drugs/Alcohol Without Rehab

If you've been watching my videos for a while, you know that I'm a HUGE advocate of ANY way to find recovery is a good way in my book!

In today's video, we're going to explore church as a recovery option. Is it possible to get sober by going to church? Getting sober without going to rehab?

If you think about it, there are several ways you can tie in different approaches to recovery by going to church.

  • Community/Fellowship

  • Self-Reflection/Conviction

  • Living with integrity/moral value

  • Mending of relationships

  • Finding a higher sense of higher meaning/purpose

If there's a serious underlying issue to work through, you may need a professional to help your mental health issue stabilized.

Bottom line

Can you find recovery at church??? ABSOLUTELY!
