What do you believe is the #1 reason some people fail at sobriety?
We asked this question on our Facebook page this week. Here are a few of the responses our followers left:
They don't truly have the want to change yet
Failure to remove toxic people from their life
Failure to face down the pain and trauma
Traumatic life events that cause despair can cause people to give up
Focusing on the problem instead of the solution
As you can see, they delivered some REALLY great answers.
I'd like to add "Bad Thinking" to the list. So often, people don't have their heads on straight about recovery.
There are a few easy shifts of thinking that can make all the difference. Seriously, it's just a matter of thinking differently about what you're doing and why! By the end of this video, you'll see recovery/sobriety in a whole new light!
